Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at musclecore.official@gmail.com

Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

The following items are non-returnable:

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Items without original packaging
• Sale or discounted items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
